All negatives and digital files, including proofing, are individually analyzed for optimum color and density. All film is processed in a state-of-the-art dip and dunk processor. Constant process monitoring ensures consistent, top-quality results.
We recommend the use of Kodak Professional Films. Accurate and consistent exposure will also aid in achieving high print quality. We encourage you to discuss with us any exposure problems that you may be having so that we might offer assistance in helping you to achieve your aims from negatives or digital files.
Supplies: Glassines, order envelopes, mask charts and other supplies are available upon request.

Rush Services: Rush orders require special handling and are charged the following percentages above the standard price with a $15.00 minimum charge:
Terms: All orders are pre-paid or balances paid at time of pick-up. A deposit may be required on orders of $50.00 or more. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
Limit of Liability: Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative to The Photo House Inc. for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an agreement by you that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media, and processing of the replacement media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide, or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No express or implied warranty is provided.
Copyright Images: Images that are copyrighted or have a studio/photographer name imprint will not be copied or printed without the written consent of the copyright holder.
Color Matching: Because of the many variables in color print processing, we can not guarantee matching of the original print. Color variations may also occur when mixed film types are used. If close matching is necessary, please enclose the original print as a guide. (Match printing may incur test charges or custom prices.)
Mixed Orders: Whenever possible, please submit orders with color and black & white film in separate order envelopes. When splitting an order of the same event, label the order envelopes as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 to help insure that they will be analyzed and processed at the same time.
Negative Cropping: Please indicate any cropping instructions on the individual negative glassine. Orders containing multiple film formats should have a mask number indicated in the appropriate box (vertical, horizontal, or square) on each glassine. If no mask size is indicated, the largest cropping mask available for that negative size will be used. Do not use grease pencils or other pens that may smear for marking proofs, negatives, or glassines.
Dust Spotting: We can not accept responsibility for spotting dirt or scratches caused by improper film handling or negative retouching from outside sources.
Ordering: Please fill out order envelopes completely and always include a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. When submitting an order, we recommend that a record be kept of the four digit red number in the upper right hand corner of each order envelope. This is extremely important for all digital orders requiring scans because all orders are stored using this number. Original prints, images or negatives may have to be re-scanned if additional prints are needed at a later date and this reference number is not available.
For all digital orders, please include a digital order form, indicating file number or file numbers in sequential order and sizes needed from each file. Please include any special instructions on this form. It is best to include only the files to be printed. If media submitted contains multiple folders or files NOT to be printed, please utilize digital order form to designate EXACTLY what needs to be printed.
