About The Photo House

The Photo House owner has been a part of the photographic community for over 40 years. The first image that he printed was actually on stone!*  After managing several large west coast based professional labs, he opened The Photo House in the Los Angeles area during 1981. Since relocating to  Charlotte, N.C. in 1993, The Photo House continually adapts to the rapidly changing market place to meet the needs of professional photographers.

The Photo House offers a complete line of printing services for digital photography and traditional film; which includes color, black and white, along with slide and transparency. We utilize the latest technology and finest papers from Kodak ©. Supporting our quality printing services is a strong emphasis on customer service, including marketing suggestions to assist your studio growth and advancement. Among our wide range of services are retouching, print restorations, special print finishes, along with many techniques to enhance and upgrade your images.
